Devon Horace, MBA is a Chief Strategy Officer, angel investor, business strategist, and serial entrepreneur focused on helping startups and organizations scale through strategy, operations, and capital access.
Devon Horace is widely recognized for his work supporting Black founders, inclusive entrepreneurship, and building equitable business ecosystems. He has built a career at the intersection of venture capital, business strategy, and operational leadership, advising startups, founders, and growth-stage companies on how to scale effectively and sustainably.
As an angel investor, Devon Horace has invested in over 40 startup companies across fintech, healthtech, real estate, and e-commerce. He works closely with founders to strengthen business models, improve operational efficiency, and position companies for funding and long-term growth.
In his role as a business consultant and advisor, Devon Horace partners with startups, nonprofits, and global brands to develop strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and design programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Born and raised in New York, Devon Horace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College–Brooklyn and an MBA in Leadership and Management from Concordia University–Portland.
